CP Series Oil C&S Purifier

Use : Lubricant, Hydraulic oil, etc.Remove emulsion, free water and particles to ensure the oil quality.
Content :
CP Series Oil C&S Purifier has two functions which are high performance dehydration (Coalescing & Separating) and high precision filtration.

Remove emulsion, free water and particles to ensure the oil quality.

Pre-processed oil is pumped into high performance filter to remove particles after passing suction filter.

- Combining by dehydration and filtration.

- Cleanliness of oil can be NAS 5 and water can be as low as 100ppm.

- Various capacity is available.

- Low power consumption; long service life; low operating cost.

- Easy of operation and maintenance

The oil / liquid mixture enters the coalescing element and flows inside to outside.  This is where small liquid droplets suspended in the continuous phase come together, or coalesce the large droplets through proprietary coalesce medium to be dropped into the water collector under the gravity. The separator medium is hydrophobic preventing the small aqueous droplets of the mixture entering the separator.  Only oil fluid can flow through the separator to be removed from outlet.
