Company has put into use pleater production line imported from Germany

Pureach has purchased and installed full-automatic high-speed pleater production line that is controlled by PC with full parameter input, infrared sensor positioning and automatic operation, which has been mainly used on various filters of pleating media.

After the pleater has been used, the cost for preparatory process and reproduction has been saved and the precise electronic control technology can provide calculation reservation, to improve quality and reduce the waste rate.

Pleater has higher pleating precision, and the U-type pleating produced by it possesses more advantages than V-type pleating produced by domestic pleater, which can improve the filtering area on the one hand, and on the other hand, can improve the service life of film for filtering.
